This is for the TLC Challenge - DIY Plaid. I had this pre-colored image on my desk to finish making a Christmas card. I noticed the stocking had plaid on it. Using markers & a ruler, I tried to make a similar pattern of plaid. My red marker gave up on me, so I could only made a small piece which I die-cut it with stitched square Framelit. Nevertheless, the image is also small and I think the plaid adds a nice touch. Layered the image on Garden Green and put all on embossed Wild Wasabi and used a red button. This will go for F4A Christmas in July Challenge and finish my April Christmas Card Challenge which is to use a creature. Thank you beary much for looking! Fun challenges!

Such an adorable card! Great coloring on the image, and love your added plaid square.

Oh Diane, this is so precious! I love how you colored this adorable image and centered it within this beautifully embossed frame. Your homemade plaid is really striking and looks terrific as the toe of your stocking while the image panel is the main part of the stocking- how creative! ~Karen.

What a great idea to recreate the plaid on the stocking of your image! It came out great and looks so cute as just a little peek of plaid in your card!
