I though this would be so simple. This Santa is a bear to color. I saw a blue Santa on Pinterest I liked and tried to copy it. Having the colors might make the next one easier.

Sorry I forgot to write down the mittens I think they are E81,84 but don't hold me to that.lol
I used snow texture and flicked it onto the image and allowed to dry.

What an eye catching Christmas card! That Santa image is amazing but your colouring really elevates it to triple wow status! :-) The recipient will be very lucky indeed!
