This card is already in my favorites. I loved this card from the day she posted it for the CAS Challenge. I knew I would case it someday. I have this stamp set & EF and had yet to use them. Today's the day! I could have made mine exactly as Cindy did hers, because I love it so much. It was difficult to change anything. Nevertheless, I altered the colors & added a 3rd one. I used some retired ones, as I've been trying to use up older supplies and I love these bright colors for a birthday card. I added some embossing and more layers in triangle shapes. I did not pop up the balloon for ease of mailing. No heat embossing. I did use the star sequins as Cindy did because I never use them and this was an excellent opportunity. Thank you Cindy for sharing your cards with us and for inspiring mine today!
Sent to SCS friend, Becky for her birthday.

Diane this is wonderful! What a bright, cheerful birthday card. I love those bold, bright colors. I really like what you did with the embossed panel by cutting it diagonally. Wonderfully celebratory!

This sure is bold and bright! Sure to put a smile on the birthday gal! Or guy!
