Hi Peeps! Here's a Hallowe'en card I made for my grand daughter! I am giving you all a sneak-peak at a rubber stamp that will soon be coming out at Whimsy Stamps.
I coloured "Penguin Trick Or Treat" with the following Copic markers (plus one Prismacolour Marker):
Left Penguin black: C1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 0
Middle penguin black: N1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 0
Right penguin black: W1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 0
I used different greys so that the penguins would be able to be distinguished from each other where ever the blacks of each penguin were adjacent.
Pirate Scarf: W1, 3, 5
Cowboyhat: E31, 33, 34, 57, Band- E42, 44, 47
Brown paper bag: E40's
Red Bandana: R14, E07, 08, 18 with Y08 on top
Witch Hat: V93, 95, 28, BV02, 04, 25, 17, 0
Penguin Whites: Prismacolour Marker Cream, E41, 70, BV20, and R30 plus 0 for blush
Looks like I forgot to list the pumpkin, feet and beaks. Be sure I used a lot of YR's and some E97 and 99.
I am entering this card into two challenges at Splitcoast Stampers:
WT643 - You're a Star, and
F4A385 - Lucky Number Sevens!
I composed the sentiment myself for the challenge. The stitched star is from a set of stitched stars at Whimsy.
The gorgeous papers are by Tracy from her "Haunted Halloween" sets 1 and 2.
Thank you for looking today!

Those penguins are just adorable, and so perfectly coloured. Thanks for the tip about different shades - I always struggle with colouring penguins and crows. The little chalkboard-style sentiment is sweet.
