I love to send my mom cards for the "not so celebrated holidays" so since our Flag Day is June 14th, I decided to use that for my inspiration.
I stamped the Pledge in prussian blue then stamped the Old Glory over the top. Trimmed my piece with a wavy edge them mounted onto a red cardbase to frame.
This is probably the fastest easiest card I've made in YEARS!!

I remember saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag every single morning in grade school. It is a shame they do not say it anymore. This is so lovely and beautiful Linda!!

So heart warming this beauty of a card is Ms Linda. I love it. Takes me back to the days when it was a daily practice to pledge allegiance to our flag with right hand across my heart. It was always the way school started our days way back when and why they stopped it just makes me smh because all want the justice for all but forget without those men and women fighting to defend this flag we would not have the freedom this flag waves high and proud, and why they took this out of schools was the beginning of lost of respect. Just my opinion so mahalo for this card and the memories of school days when we learned to respect what this stood for.
