Love, love, love the IC site today. I love Tim! Not just his creative style and super sweet personality, but his love of junk (I have a junk booth).
I need to make a bunch of thank you cards for my daughters. They lost their father last week (my ex-husband) and want to send something more than the funeral home thank you cards. I printed off this old picture of him and stamped the DRS Ruler Stamp across the bottom. Painted up some cardboard for the backing and then just layered bits and pieces together. I used a dp that had commerce on it as he was a banker most his life.

Wow, this is just a wonderful tribute made into a thank you card for your daughters to send out. I like the corrugated and red treatment you did leading down to the rusty star. I can see a lot of thought went into this and it is just lovely.

How sweet of you to do something this personal! I know it will mean a lot to your girls. I helped my sister, Lynn make some specially stamped table toppers with favorite scriptures of her friend how passed away. What an act of love to use your stamping skills to personalize something of remembrace for those who grieve.
