Pam is our hostess this week and she has chosen pink pirouette, soft sky, smoky slate and for dessert: baby or children.
Die cut the 3 scalloped and stitched (and 1 curved) white pieces of cs. On the main panel, I sponged through a balloon stencil (made from my balloon die and a piece of acetate). Stamped, die cut, and colored the present and bear with copics (I had some trouble getting the match for soft sky - spent a lot of time and 2 tries, oh well!). Stamped the sentiment and assembled all with dimensional tape to create a 3D effect. Sparkly gems for some added bling, and stickles on the present!

Love the layout, with clean layering to focal point - just enough black to make the card immediately celebratory, and your bling placement! Pinned!
