Hi friends,
For DRS we are to make our own bg paper so today I have a flowering branch that I stamped all over and embossed in clear then sponged yellow and pink inks on it to show the pattern.
I made my swing card using an old tutorial by Norma Lee and some rounded corner square dies by Lifestyle Crafts (3 different sizes). It is really pretty easy once you see how to cut only to a certain point. You can also lengthen or shorted die cuts with the same method.
I chose this card to case.
Here is the link to the tutorial from Norma
Thanks for looking!

Robin, this is so pretty! Super cool engineering too. Love the colors and the way you did the bgs! You need to put it in this month's Fan club gallery too. Hugz

So lovely, Robin!! Love your color choices (can you say spring???), and the single flower in the main panel is gorgeous. Then the format of a swing card takes it all up another notch! Faved.

How PRETTY, Robin! I LOOOOVE the pink & yellow together! SO SPRINGY! ;) AND I LOVE it being a "Swing Card" too! THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming over to see my Blessed Resurrection Sunday creation! I think you will have to hunt-down the die, as Spellbinders isn't selling it anymore. BUT, if you find it, you will pay WAY LESS than I did! ;) (((HUGS!)))

this is so funny, I got stuck admiring Toni's card and then spent a lot of time trying to figure out how she did it... so, I love that you found a tutorial that would show you
that paper you made for this is so pretty Robin!
