My husband's aunt is just having so much fun making special card requests, and I am having fun creating special cards for her. This one is for her granddaughter who is turning 13 this week. She asked for a "fashionista" card. I immediately went to the All Dressed Up etsy shop (alldressedupstamps). I found this sweet digi with these three girls dressed for a birthday party. Now, just tell me if it's time for a plaid intervention, because I can't stop myself. I had these girls all printed and die cut and they were just begging to be put on a diy plaid background! And of course they also wanted some glitter paper too.
This "Impact Label" font that I downloaded from fontspace.com is one of my new favorites. I thought it was a nice balance to their fancy outfits.

This is a very chic and fabulous card and just wonderful for a teenager, Jenn!! I love the soft colours of the plaid - never can tire of seeing plaid on a card - and the purple glitter edge is just so perfect with it!!
