Bubbles4 - Linda is our featured stamper for the week. I enjoyed looking through your gallery, and found this card to case, Shaving Cream Dilemma by bubblestx4 at Splitcoaststampers
I tried the shaving cream technique and my shaving cream is old and has aloe in it. I had a difficult time, but used what I got. I punched a leaf out of the other piece I got and die cut a few others. I dry embossed my vanilla for them to lie against. Linda, I hope you enjoy your week, and looking at all the cards that others honored you with. :>)

I LOVE this soft marbled look you got with the shaving cream and it works quite well with the leafy theme and the addition of the embossed trunks for texture. We as crafter's want to have "complete control" but the shaving cream has a mind of it's own and often (at least for me) what I see in the pan isn't even close to what I get on my card . . . . I often look a a piece days - or weeks - or more before deciding how to use it. Bravo to you for stepping back in time to revisit an old technique! Many thanks for taking a trip through my gallery today and playing along.

LOVE your card. I tried the shaving cream technique a long time ago. I need to try it again after seeing what you have created Kim. Love the leaves and the b/g embossed panel. It's a winner!

Beautifully done .... love your colors. The texture you achieved with the embossing of your tag and your sentiment design are great enhancements.
