Congratulations, Linda! I loved grazing through your gallery! I chose this card to CASE: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers.
I just love these church ladies. HOWEVER, as you can see, I was having difficulty coloring my gal on your left. My Copic marker was too wet and gave me ink puddles. I have never had this happen before. So, I posted this awful colored image to ask advice as to: 1. Why did my Copic marker puddle....I store them horizontally. 2. I tried using the 0 blender marker and this was a complete FAIL! Any and all suggestions are welcomed! BTW, I will change out the image before this card ever goes in the mail! LOL!

Usually my Copic markers do this right about at the end of my project, like they get a sudden burst of life and energy. Not sure why either, I store them flat also.
Love your church ladies and the sentiment is perfect for them

Such a fun card and fun sentiment, Lesley!! Shame about the puddling - I haven't experienced this while using my copics - I mainly use X Press Blending C/S to colour on. I literally refilled some on the weekend, and on reading the instructions, removed the lids from both ends. Hope this all helps!

This is such a fun card, Lesley. I have this image and totally forgot about it (don't even know where it its really and I need to find it). I gave up my Copics forever as I can't figure out how to do them economically and I spend way too much on this craft! It's the paper most likely - they really do funny things on different papers and sometimes you don't notice it until you color a larger image where you are trying to get a lot of coverage especially if you have a part of the image next to it that you already have wet (like her face). Still, your card is sweet and fun! Hugz
