first, I lightly wet my watercolor paper on BOTH sides ( this way it won't warp and dries flat). Using a 2 in brush I did a rainbow wash and allowed to dry. Then I place a stencil over the wash, spritzed with water - immediately lifted the stencil and then patted dry with paper towel and allowed to fully dry again. I stamped my saying & images with black pigment ink and embossed with black powder. framed with a black matte and mounted onto the white card base.

Wow! This is stunning! I may just have to case this one, too! ;) AND I've never heard of wetting both sides of watercolor paper but that is a brillliant tip, thanks so much!
