Anita's embroidery is fabulous. The flower design she used reminded me of some retired Stampin' Up! flower sets. It was fun to pull out those old stamps. I selected this set because the little dots remind me of stitching and I love the swirls. The bright colors on Anita's card are wonderful. I decided to use the lovely, soft colors of last week's Color Challenge: Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky and I substituted Almost Amethyst for Wisteria Wonder as I don't have that color. I like how Anita put small pearls in the corners; I used some mini pearls in the flower centers instead. For the corners, I stamped a flower in one and used a new pencil eraser to stamp dots in opposing corners. Added two butterflies inspired by the one on Anita's card. Added a sentiment for a birthday. Such a fun card to make with some older stamps. Thank you, Anita for the inspiration and for sharing your artwork with us. TFL

You have made a truly gorgeous card based on your beautiful embroidered inspiration card. This card really is a "happy" card and is just perfect for a birthday card. I love how you took an older set and gave it a fresh new look Diane. Hugs! ~Karen.
