This is for the Alphabet Challenge... we are taking a break this week between rounds and it was stated that we could do a fairy card if we wanted to. Of course, I wanted to make a fairy card!
- This one has a bit of special meaning now. My youngest daughter had a bit of a meltdown last night, she is 20. She's having some complications communicating with her father... he wants to live her life for her... and she told me she doesn't have any confidence when it comes to talking to him. This was shocking to me, because she is one of the most confident people I've ever met. We had a good heart to heart last night with plenty of tears... And as I was making this card, I ran across the perfect stamp... I stamped the top of the stamp, 'Believe' on the front, and on the inside, the lower part of the stamp that says, 'in yourself & you will be unstoppable.' Perfect. I gave it to her last night... and she cried again. Poor dear.
As for the card construction, it was very easy. I stamped some large dandelions and floatie seeds, some grasses and another flower from the HA set in TH DI Vintage Linen... then stamped my fairies and 2 more dandelions in the blue. It's hard to tell, but I double stamped 'Believe'.. once in Blue, then barely below it and embossed with Gold on the lower one. I punched some flowers in coordinating colors and colored rhinestones with markers to match and added to the centers. Added 3 more tiny rhinestones for the finishing touch. Thank you so much for looking. xoxo

Oh, Jennifer, this is breathtaking. Love the idea of stamping Believe twice and then embossing. You are so creative. Congrats on getting faves of the week!
