DDABC26J: the final letter in this round is J and the double challenge is joy.
SC630: this week's sketch challenge worked great for this - though I did modify it slightly.
CC619: I thought these colors would be great for this card though I had to sub Daffodil Delight for Hello Honey.
I chose to use the Out of the Box stamp set for a jack in the box and it is a joyful celebration card.
I didn't have a dp that I liked for the panel so I made my own. I stamped the jack in the box and spring using both versamark and the color ink and then embossed with clear embossing powder. I popped the cupcake up with a dimensional. I also stamped and cut out the bows to add some texture.
Thanks for looking.

Catherine, I love those banners...........so festive. It reminds me of my DD's wedding when we cut out and sewed hundreds of banners to hang in the trees in the park.It was a great time, with my (now) son-in-law cutting, me sewing and my DD ironing.
We should all have a jack in the box that spits out our favourite treat! So cool.

Pretty b'day card. Your photo picked up all the l;ovely shimmer and sparkle(not easy to do). Cute idea of the cupcake popping out of the box...jack-in-the-box style.
