I needed a card for my sister-in-law who just passed her exam to get her real estate license. She's currently a guidance counselor and is tired of the politics of the school system, so she's changing careers.
This sketch was perfect for this digi from Bugaboo Stamps. I sponged fluffy clouds in the background and then punched three circles with my old Creative Memories circle punch. The top circle has another Bugaboo digi and the other two are from SU Tiny Talk and Sweet & Simple. I felt like I had too much white, so I colored in the circles with LY1 Spectrum Noir marker. I glued down the yellow BG and the main image panel before I realized that I was going to add ribbon for the strip down the side. No problem, I have a box of small strips of paper that I just can't bring myself to throw out--found this perfect strip for it. Nice to find a use for those little scraps!

Sweet, humorous image...off-kilter houses...how funny...sister-in-law may find it doesn't pass inspection, but will love it anyway...the birdies sure did...they moved right in! Like your inchies off the left, nice element and lovely coloring.
