Mask for the moon, sponged soft sky. Stamped Pear Pizzazz and Marina Mist, then stamped image. Cut out ovals and added linen thread. TFL

Love the soft color scheme you've used yet creative a card that can be used for a man or woman. Combination of stamps is clever, using art stamp for your water. Your pierced scallop frame is a great backdrop.
