I am your hostess this week and I have chosen: pacific point, soft sky, elegant eggplant and for dessert: silver
On the main panel I masked off the area I wanted to leave blank for my sentiment and then embossed the snowflakes in either white or silver. With the mask still on, I sponged with 3 distress inks to match our colors (tumbled glass, salty ocean, and seedless preserves). Splattered a bit of diluted seedless preserves ink as well as some diluted acrylic white paint and then carefully removed the mask. I also sprayed some shimmer spritz for added sparkle. On a separate piece of white and also from some silver foil cs I die cut the word peace. Sponged lightly on the white version, sprayed with shimmer spritz, and glued both together so that the top sponged one was slightly offset to show the silver foil (in real life it looks more silver than in the photo). Attached to the main panel, added a few sparkly gems and then mounted this panel onto the card front with dimensional tape.

Oh, Maura! This is stunning, and I love how you've used this die with the colors...such exquisite gradation as it moves toward the snowflakes and the top. I love all your cards, and you continue to make such beautiful ones more and more!! Wow, you are amazing, my friend! Hugs! xoxo
