Oh my gosh, I have made so many mistakes with this card. I can't believe it turned out a card at all.
It is now an odd size, because I had to trim the sentiment off, since it turned out smudgy (is that a word?) So now I have to custom make an envelope for it.
The only reason I kept it, is because I love the image and I love the wax seal.
Thanks for looking.

Hilde, this is so creative! Love that 1/4 part of the frame! That really sets off the soft image! I am glad you kept playing with it. So you have to make an envelope! Well worth the effort! Well done! tfs

Hilde I pinned and faved this before I read your description. I nearly fell off my chair when I read this didn't turn out as planned. Gosh I wish I could make mistakes like this. I am still searching for my wax seals after seeing your card last week. This silver seal looks gorgeous and perfect for your wonderful Father Christmas image.

Sometimes our mistakes take us to better places! You have used the best Santa ever (IMO) to great advantage. That wax seal looks fabulous and, as many have said, your CAS look is beautiful!

One of my favorite images of all time! That twinkle in his eyes gets me every time. I love how you did this with the seal and the soft colors. Lovely card. Hugz

I know how that feels when so many things go wrong - but you ended up with a great result! I love the image too and the seal is such a great detail! Faved.
