For today's IC: These plates reminded me of stamp etching, so that's the direction I went with today. My idea actually made me nervous...To emboss on black and etch on vanilla, that is. It all came together though, and I'm quite happy with the results. I sponged around the oval with Frost White to soften the darkness. The etched flowers and vanilla die-cut are popped up. this is beautifully done Roberta-love the final look-although I have never heard of stamp etching-I checked out the tutorial on SCS-it's a creative idea-and you accomplished it well
