Maura is our hostess for this weekÂ’s Color Challenge, and she has chosen four colors that all go together so beautifully! The dessert option is to use floss, ribbon, or twine on your project.
I decided to try my new SAB set, What I Love, for this challenge, but substituted a different greeting, since I am in desperate need of birthday cards. I stamped the outlines of the flowers in black ink. For the blue flowers, I stamped the larger layer in Marina Mist, and the smaller layer in Pacific Point. They went together very nicely.
I wasnÂ’t sure what to do with the red flower, since stamping off left me with a too-light bottom layer. So I bit the bullet, stamped full strength, and then inked up again with the smaller layer and stamped again. I think the result is OK!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

I think your result is MORE then o.k....so beautiful. A very pretty way to start you new stamp set. Pretty bow to finish it off....and neat choice of bg paper helps the white and flowers to stand out more...TFS..:0)
