The week the tea party is for Rose and she is turning 103 years old! Rose is an artist and used to draw pictures of children for cards. So I found a coloring page online with these two vintage cuties. I printed them out and paper pieced their outfits and colored the rest with Copic markers. I wish they could have been holding Roses for Rose, but hopefully Rose like Tulips too!

I'm a huge fan of vintage images so I'm in love with your wonderful card. Your paper piecing is perfect and as for the tulips...they are more appropriate this time of year anyway.

What a sweet vintage image, Kathleen - and wonderful paper-piecing. I love the border across the bottom, and the amount of depth it adds to your scene.
