For today's Sketch. I water colored the image on water color paper, added some sparkle to the rooftop, chimney and snow on the ground, and sponged around the dp's edges. Used an ef for the #1 panel in the same color as card base since a colored piece didn't look right. (Had same situation with the larger flag, so I used vanilla again). Had fun coloring this image for the first time, and I just love how it turned out! Thanks for stopping in today! ~Roberta

Super yummy Roberta! Love all the houndstooth paper and your sweet little gingerbread house. Great use of the sketch! I'll be sure to play along; just couldn't get my card online due to the blizzard &no internet connection!

What a sweet festive treat, Roberta. It's been a few years since I've made one of these IRL and I think these days I'm more than happy to settle for something less labour-intensive - like having one on a card . I love the Swiss Dots panel and embossed banner.
