For today's cc: Certainly Bermuda Rose. My son, Caleb, purchased a huge box of mostly loose SU stamps at a yard sale and gave them to me for Mother's Day. I was able to put them together by going through old catalogs and found 8 complete and 4 almost complete sets (one even has 16 pieces)! I'm so excited and had to make a thank you card for him. Even though these colors are soft and feminine, I feel I pulled it off by using pinwheels instead of flowers or butterflies! I water colored the pinwheels with blender pens and ink pads. Thanks for stopping by today! ~Roberta

Way to go, Caleb, you know the way to Mom's heart! Fantastic clean and simple design, you completely nailed the colour challenge by bringing out the beauty of the combo in your pinwheels against crisp white!

Roberta this is such a cutie patootie card!!!! Love those little pinwheels. I think it works perfect for a guy card too. What a neat gift your son gave you. My SIL gave me a fridge magnet one year for Christmas that said "My husband said it was him or the rubber stamps, and sometimes I miss him"! I loved it!!!! Isn't it nice when the men in our life recognize our passion for stamping?!! My DH is always complimenting me on my cards and letting me buy new toys

Great CAS card, Roberta! These colors work wonderfully on your pinwheels! And I love the way you've concentrated everything at the bottom of the card!
