Still playing with yesterday's color challenge colors made up of 3 of my faves which are retiring this year: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze and River Rock. I had this notepaper dp which I think actually features Soft Sky (this brings me comfort as I really do love Baja and will have to adjust my thinking to this lighter color!)and I used that as my back panel. I punched a circle of River Rock dp in text and stamped the typewriter in Not Quite Navy over it and the sentiment in black. I used one of my MANY leftover strips of Baja from making my niece's wedding invites and textured it in the Square Lattice ef. I used the Chevron ef on my horizontal Navy stripe and cut notched ends in it. I dug into my stash for a clip and used a loop of scrap River Rock ribbon as an accent. I repeated the notepaper, and textured strips on the inside of the card.
