I had to make a card for a young man, and when I saw this type of card in a Dutch hobby magazine ( Hobbyhandig ), I tried to make my own pattern, adapted to the images that I wanted to use.
The guy loves airplanes, so I used the cute images of Snoopy .
I cut out one and used pop up dots to attach the image to the card and attached an iron airplane dangling under one of the little folds.
I used the Scor-Pal and did some sponging .
For the clouds I used the dies from Magnolia and Joy Craft.
You can see in the little photo at the right corner how the card is folded for posting.

what a super tri-shutter card... and I LOVE snoopy, or should I say The Red Barron! Great job coloring and all the elements look amazing. Thanks so much for playing along with Our Creative Corner this week!
Niki, what a super, super card. Love the colors and airplane Snoopy theme. I'm sure the person you made this card was really impressed! The little plane embellishment make it even more special. Thanks for sharing your wonderful card with us this week at the Dutch Dare.
