This is Tickle a Teapotter Tuesday & here is my card.
Our story involves Miss Geneva, a seamstress of world acclaim. She is busy creating one-of-a-kind black & white fashions for the upcoming ValentineÂ’s Day Ball. We are to bring cards with black & white & a touch of another color. My card is a double z fold card.
The front of the card features one of Miss GenevaÂ’s creations; a party frock with a black & white dotted bodice, a white skirt with a black lace overlay & a burgundy red velvet sash. Paper pieced.
The inside of the card shows Miss Geneva’s shop including her psychotic parrot, Bernadine. I know we were not supposed to bring Bernadine so I guess it’s the back door for me. I just couldn’t resist. It’s hard to see in the photo, but the sign around Bernadine’s neck says “free”. I guess poor, harried & stressed Miss Geneva has finally had it with that bird. Perhaps after the stress of this week is over she’ll reconsider & decide to keep Bernadine.
My card will be going out to a fellow teapotter. Hope she enjoys it.

How very cool Vicky! I love this card, inside and out. Your scene is simply fantastic! Mudder is going to treasure this memento of her story this week. Beautifully and sweetly done.
