This card was inspired by Pinterest (that's my story and I'm sticking to it).......as I was Pinning without 'pinteruption' and came across this sweet saying about sisters on another pinner's board I tore myself away from the computer and sat my butt at my stamp desk to do some 'real creating'.
I had been working on coloring this image a few weeks earlier - I have two sisters and the whole time I colored I was thinking of them, how different we are, and yet we have managed to stay close over the years with sister trips together. My older sibling can be a 'bit' of a control freak so it is no surprise that I imagined her as the one with the finger a waggin. Now you understand why it is that when I came across this saying I just had to get it AND this image on a card. I love easel cards and thought it was the perfect way to use the sentiment, surrounded by three unique flowers (handmade by me, of course)....a colorful garden of love. Don't know if I have it in me to produce one for each sister, for sure this is going to the older one.
This is for sisters everywhere!!!
Got this uploaded and realized that Brenda is Queen this week.....this one's for you as well sistah (here) is my inspiration, I am a little partial to easel cards, I was plum worn out after looking through all her fine work.

How sensational, Sherry!! I got to spend the last two days with my sister and that's always fun! Instead of crafting together this time, we cleared out the Christmas section at Pier 1. Who could resist at 90% off!!!
I love this fabulous image and your gorgeous easel design!! I'm so glad Pinterest inspired you to create this beauty!
