This is for a new challenge called You Can Do It, we needed to make our own flowers. I also combined it with my 1st try at the Teapot Tuesday challenge to bring flowers to your creation. I decided to try my 2nd attempt at quilling which my best friend/sister Angie.Lindeen gave me a starter kit.
My 8 yr & 9 yr old daughters wanted to help so I let them roll & I shaped. I added a ribbon bow & stamped the image with Black Stazon, then used an oval punch & raised it with 3D dots.

Connie, what a darling card and lovely little handmade flowers. Thanks to your daughters too! Thank you so very much for your kindness, I know Sherry is going to be thrilled with her teaparty

Welcome to the tea potters, your quilled flowers are great---have a friend who quills and have several things she has given me--one esp. is on a Christmas ornament that hangs on the tree every yea. Is nice to have helpers and also teaching them to be crafty. Card came out cute.

Welcome to the tea party Connie...I love this!! I wonder if I could convince my sons to roll flowers with me (HA!). I love quilling, and though I'm no good at it it is sooo cool, because it really looks like you MADE something. Beautiful design and colors and your pretty red bow pulls this together perfectly. Thanks so much for coming to the tea party this week, hope that you can come back often - we are a fun lot! Now go over and look behind the tulip teapot...that's where I hid the stash of cookies for the newbies. Hugz, and again welcome!
PS Sherry is gonna LOVE this!

What an absolutely sweet little bouquet of flowers, Connie. Quilling is fun - I'm sure you'll enjoy it! I've tended to keep mine for things like mobiles and jewellery, where I don't have to worry about posting it!!
