My card for this week's Inspiration Challenge was inspired by this fabulous Audrey Bag from MacKenzie-Childs. I loved the flowers on black and all of the fun patterns.
To match the texture of the bag, I wanted a woven-like background for my card, so I embossed black textured cardstock with an Arrow embossing folder from James' Set of embossing folders. I wanted a similar black & white pattern for my flowers, so I stamped the Envelope Pattern in India Ink on white cardstock to use for some of my blooms.
I mixed in brushed gold & kraft papers, as well as black felt flowers and lots of different brads. I finished with a sentiment from the new Hero Arts Thanks a Bunch set.

I love the texture in the background combined with all those wonderful die-cuts. This is a card you want to hold in your and and feel! That ef would work brilliantly with trucks - or motorbikes. Hmm...

Awesome flowers on that fab embossed bg! I love the mix of neutral colors and especially the black and white screen patterned flowers. You nailed your inspiration!
