Here's my card for Eula, posted it yesterday. It has a fresh-baked cake, since that's one of the things I've really missed since my mother died. Making your own cake just isn't the same, so I've only had a couple of birthdays with cake in the last ten years! And one of those was decorated by my best friend's kids whom I used to child-mind - so it was more a work of heart than art... And bought is not worth buying, in my book...
A2 base, papers are Basic Grey Two Scoops.
I stamped the Rubber Romance image on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks and H2Os. After masking her off I stamped the background with a Studio G stamp and added lines to make it look like tiles. The sentiment is HA.
I cut the scallops twice, once from pink Bazzill and once from the spotted paper, and scored them. They're glued to the card base at the top but popped up on two layers of foam at the bottom to give dimension. I also added some Liquid Pearls...

That Rubber Romance image - and some others I have seen lately - are popping up and I understand they are not available anymore - all I have is a skinny chef from TS and the retired Voila chef from SU - not even close to the sexy one you have here, making Eula's BD cake. Love the pastels you used in the bakery setting you have her in. Eula will no doubt, have a story about making BD cakes from scratch in her repetoire, but she is so going to love this "Sweet Shoppe" scene!! LOVE THOSE RR LADIES!!

such a cute pastry shop vignette. I know how hard it is to not have a birthday cake. I wish you lived closer I would certainly bake you a birthday cake (from scratch - butter , never margarine)
