This weeks teapot tuesday is all about fish and fishing. I fiddled around with a gold coloured fish like the teapot but had more success with copper. I can't remember the name of this technique but you stamp the metal with stazon and use a stylus to impress lines into the metal following the ink lines. Then you turn it over and puff out the space between the lines with a paper stump. I painted the copper around the edge and the coral.

Wow, what a beautiful ocean floor you have made and the fish technique is awesome. I am totally impressed. He is going to love it and he will be asking how you made that fish. Thank you for making him this special card that will put a big smile on his face.

I saw this spectacular fish last night, and the tab is still open so I can come back and admire it again - and leave a comment. I never tried that technique when it was in the Inkling because it talked about using spackle afterwards, and that stumped me. But wow, this is fantastic and fabulous - and look at all the little fishies swimming in the background too. If I'd made this I'd want to keep it .

Amazing fish Elizabeth! If I had seen this back in my fish collecting days... I'd have brought it home. I LOVE not only the fish, but the fantastic underwater scene too!
