Once again, mothermark has challenged us with a great teapot! I think I came pretty close - even created an awning. I had a cart - well, I admit it is full of veggies, but there are plenty of flowers, too, so I should make it through the front door this time. After all, veggies are pretty good for all of us and they are nice and colorful.
I have a personal interest in the destination this week. Betty is a friend of mine, the former manager of the RV park where we have spent a lot of time. She has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. The doctors are not overly optimistic. We hope these cartloads of flowers will cheer her.
Dh suggested I cut a slit in the cloud for the sun- since I was trying to figure out how to turn that flower into sunshine!
I put her fifth wheel in the corner, and added a road map for guidance. Our prayers are with you and your family, Betty.
I have already sent the card, along with an attempt to describe the teapotters!

Dorothy, our next door neighbour was diagnosed with lung cancer last year. His in inoperable so he went on a special diet limiting simple carbs from his diet. The tumour shrank enough that they were able to give him chemo, and now a year later he still looks pretty good. He doesn't eat sugar or white flour (white rice, or pasta)

Dorothy, your card is wonderful and I'm sure Betty will love all the little extras you did for her!
Her diagnosis is very sad and I think it's wonderful that you suggested a teaparty for her; it really does help to bring so much cheer to the recipient. I will keep your friend in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs, Robin
