I saw this ribbon wreath on the Ribbon Retreat blog and knew I had to make (at least) one!
I used about 4 yards each of 12 different types of ribbon. The linked tutorial in the blog was super easy to follow. I would just make sure that you leave your "tail" long enough to easily hot glue and attach to the wreath ring. This was really easy to make, but was a bit time consuming. Also, be prepared to get "hot glued".
All but the silver ribbons are from The Ribbon Retreat.

I hot glued the ribbon loops together and then glued them to the wreath ring. I had absolutely no problems with the loops staying together. And I used a 12" ring. The loops were made with 4.5" strips of ribbon looped in half. I'm not sure of the dimensions after it was done, but I think it was around 15-16".
