I made this card for the challenge today to use decorative scissors. I had to go and find them in my grandchildrens art box. I have not used them for along time. They really can add a nice look to cards. I stamped the basket and colored with copics. I stamped the foliage and cut out. I punched the flowers and attached them.. I put a little white heart in the center. I used an embossing border for the bottom of the basket. I scored the background with my scorepal. Added the sentiment that I sponged. tfl

This is outstanding! Such a beautiful card--great color palette, too. Now how did you get your dec scissors to cut so straight?!?! It's perfect!! Lovely work.
