It's a die from Lifestyle Crafts, which was recently bought out by Quick Kutz. I have s cuttlebug and a Big Shot and it can be used in either machine (as well as any quick Kutz machines). I used my cuttlebug for this paticular card.

I'm sorry! I meant to say Lifestyle Crafts BOUGHT OUT Quick Kutz. So essentially, Quick Kutz is now Lifestyle Crafts.
