I know, it's bad. But sometimes that just cracks me up. When I saw this River City Rubber Works image and sentiments, I had to get them. This is for my MIL, who loves humorous greetings. She was tickled to see this, and especially when she read the inside that reads "Sag, you're it!" Lil Birthday humor.
The main image was stamped three times and paper pieced. I added black Fun Flock to one hat, and some stamens (thanks Sue & mom!) to look like hat pins. There is Crystal Effects on the glasses, and pearls for jewelry.
Thanks for looking!

What a special card Pat! Isn't it funny how you focus on certain things on cards? I was drawn to their make-up - you did a wonderful job coloring their faces. Reminds me of how my Grandmother Nonie did her face. Love their outfits - you dressed them well. Bet they are off to church! LYmimimimimi!

OMG, just getting to this, the more I rush, the behinder I get!!
This one you made for your MIL is such a riot!! only you would think of using stamens for HATPINS!! Those dresses and hats are the best, and I love how you even included an old pocketbook!! What an extremely motivated imagination you have - there's a sponge coming to visit!!
