No rainforest here, no parrots either, Miss Scarlett can take a breather. The butterfly can fly up high, glide on a breeze and make you sigh. The sunflower will always cheer, to anyone that happens near.
The majority of this card is recycled cardboard for the TLC challenge to use a cardboard box. I keep the cardboard from the calenders that I get, so I used that rather than a box. Also used a nice heavy piece of cb that didn't have the corrugated layer, this is what the butterfly and plaid pieces are made from.
The sunflower is made from the pealed off piece of cb that then revealed the nice corrugated layer, which is the base of this card. There's lots of texture going on here. The butterfly actually has the flower button shape as part of the stamp, and I just happened to have the shell flower to fit.
This may not be bright, but with the sunflower and flying flower, it does have flowers.
I couldn't resist making and sending a card for a lady that will be 108. Imagine what this woman has seen...

Love this pretty fall card with all those wonderful layers of texture! The rich brown and gold colors are just gorgeous. Such a fun card for Miss Eula! It'll be like a walk in her garden! Hugs, Trish
