Congratulations to Vera, this week's very deserving featured stamper! I chose this card as my starting inspiration. I've added rhinestones, and changed theme & colors. The ink dots stemmed from the dp, which then led to the black rhinestones ... It seemed to keep progressing! LOL

What a beautiful card, Bev....I sooo love the colors and stamps you used and the black polka dot bow is just perfect!!!!! The rhinestones look mighty cool, too!!!!!
