Base: Heavyweight white cardstock from The Angel Company (I like the sturdiness and brightness) which was covered with a pink gingham patterned paper on the left side and a lightly textured pale pink cardstock on the right side.
Frosty was stamped with ColorBox Frost White pigment ink and heat embossed with Blushing Pink Pastel opague EP from Stampendous (stamp n stuff). I then used some paint pens (mfrd by The Colonial Needle Company in White Plains, NY and purchased in 2005 at a Sunday International Booth at a rubberstamp show/convention). All the colors I have are pastels so I made the hat tan (hot cocoa # 58099) instead of the traditional black. Other colors used were mint green (#58066), strawberry pink (#58022), fresh peach (#58055), luscious lilac (#58077), pineapple yellow (#58044) and ice blue (#58033).
I used a very large snowflake punch (purple, lever style by marvy uchida) to get punched flakes from the gingham paper and a pink paper that was almost like a sheer fabric (that I hoarded ever since I bought it years ago at a now closed LSS). It was so thin, I had to support it with a sheet of copy paper to get it to punch.
I also used a small (thumbnail) lever snowflake punch and scrap of gingham paper to glue near Frosty's head. A mini white brad (American Crafts) was used to attach the layered large snowflakes.
I had fun making this card and will do this fold more often.
TFL and I hope you always find time for ...
Happy Crafting!

This is great! LOVE Frosty stamped in pink - I've been experimenting with colors other than black, but pink never crossed my mind. Thanks for the inspiration.
