This is my card for today's sketch challenge. I love the image, but I really wrestled with it for some reason. I colored several and didn't like them, then I decided to just color two small items and highlight them. I stamped the image in Soft Suede, colored the sunflower in Crushed Curry and the leaf in Old Olive and added stickles to both of them. I used the sandy speckles wheel for the strip layer, and Autumn Meadows DP for the back panel. I dry embossed Old Olive for the background.
I hope you like it....I'm going to the doc for my neck...really painful this morning....I'll be back to make comments on ya'll's cards later today.

Beautiful fall card! I love the color combo and how you colored just parts of the image! I hope your Dr. appt. goes well. I am going tomorrow for my shoulder.

Dianne, where do I start. First thing that struck me was the great way you just colored a few parts of the image to make them pop. Then, I saw the wonderful way you mounted "grateful". This card it so full of textures. An A+ job with Roxie's challenge.
(Hope your neck is ok and you are feeling better now) LOVE the way you added the stickles and color to the two small images and tied it all together with those awesome color choices! Warm and wonderful!!!
