I had to play today as I found out this week that my friends Stamp Muse and Princess Heather usually participate in this challenge. I took my inspiration from the beautiful swirls of blue and green in this vase: http://www.bellacor.com/productdetail/67460.htm
I just received some new goodies yesterday and I thought of trying my hand at simple brayering today. I only wanted blue and green so with a little masking and fingers crossed this was the final result. I sponged some white before stamping the black silhouette to make the ocean spray. I found the aloha sentiment from a retired set that really worked.
The hardest part of this card was stopping. I was looking at ribbon and brads but promised I would keep it simple for a masculine birthday card for a nephew.
Thanks for viewing and commenting. Aloha!
