This is a card that I made for today's color challenge CC212 to use Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirouette and Riding Hood Red. I chose Basic Grey Porcelain Prints DP since it had the Riding Hood Red and the Pink Pirouette in it.
The stampset I used is a sneak peek of tomorrow's (April 1)newly released set called Love from Our Daily Bread Designs. Rather than use a flower stamp I used the TLC207 to cut our a flower from a DP and I layered it and sprayed it with pearl glimmermist and added little white pearls.
I followed the Mojo 80 sketch challenge for this week.
The crocheted flower is hand crocheted. The flourish is a Bosskut die. White lace was added to the bottom of the verse. It was one of those purchases that I made that I was saving for a rainy day. I like the elegance it adds here. The button is a JW button. The border is paper pierced around the verse. A lace edge was added to the bottom using an EK Success die. All the materials in this card are available at Our Daily Bread Designs with the exception of the Chocolate Chip and Pink Pirouette CS, American Crafts ribbon, lace, and the dies and punches.
