First time for this technique.
Used my square Nestabilites for the frame. Followed Lynn's instructions and stamped and colored snowman, also used some glitter glue. I didn't have Crystal Effects, but used Alleen's Paper Glaze, seemed to work ok.
Added ribbon, sentiment, and punched snowflakes. Also added glitter to snowflakes. Hard to see but bg behind snowman, I used Fiskars snowflake texture plate.
The snowman stamp set was a gift. Thanks Deb (DeborahLynneS), love this set. TFL

Oh so cute! Love that little snowman with the little birdie! Clever to use the nestie to cut out the frame, I never even gave it a thought! Love your punched snowflakes! Very cute card here! TFS :0)

I like the smaller frame for the stained glass. That way there is room to write something inside. Wish I had figured that out like you did. Well done, Carolyn
