Okay, first off, how did I get this for IC118 that featured a picture of a green irish shamrock quilt?
Well, for sometime now I have wanted to use this stamp I've had for over a year of a bunny WITH A QUILT!!! Thus - this is a stamp of a quilt. I had stopped on my way home this afternoon and picked up this darling purple paper ( I know, it looks blue in the photo ) that I thought would be perfect for Easter. Thus - there is a little green in the pillow and on the trim but not on the majority of the quilt.
Man, I had nightmare with this card... My biggest colluzle circle was as big as the actual image circle. Don't look to hard as I had to cut the other circles out freehand ....around the first circle. Then as the paper had scallops, I decided that I wanted scallops all around the border... so I traced them from the paper and cut them out with sisccors TWICE because I was not quite happy with the initial size.
Bunny - have a nice time in bed...I think I might need a coke slurpee after this to calm my nerves..
Thanks for looking!
If I don't comment now ...I'll be back..with the coke slurpee and comment later!!

This is what I'm talkin' about. Great card. The coloring is super and don't even get me started about circles, I feel your pain. Can't tell you how much CS I ruin. So lovely, Deborah. I'm learning from you.

OMG! When I first saw this, I thought- 'how in the world' did she color that stamp in! It must have taken hours. Then I read about your ordeal in cutting the circles! You deserve a prize for this work of art! I would have given up! Great job- love your style! TFS

Oh Deborah . . . this is awesome! Love the little bunny under the quilt and your coloring is PERFECT! Don't you hate it when your camera changes those beautiful purples to blues!!! Mine does that nearly every time and it's so frustrating! Either way, blue or purple, this paper is perfect and the card is gorgeous!!!

Deborah, your coloring on this is phenomenal! Especially on the dust ruffle...amazing! I love this little stamp, too. The bunny looks so cozy under his darlin' quilt! And the bg paper is beautiful! No wonder you wanted to use it asap. Into my favs!

What a cute card! This stamp reminds me of a bunny storybook I had when I was small - can't remember what it was called but it sure was a favourite. I love all the scallops and colours you patiently used - it's just so pretty :-)

I'd like to be that bunny right now under that comfy, cozy-looking quilt! I like how you matched up the color of the bedskirt and back curtain with the dp. This is so sweet--what a wonderful stamp. I love the dp and scallops--and your circles are *homespun* and fit in perfectly! Love your card!!
