This card is for today's sketch challenge, as well as a double dare challenge I do with a group of friends each week. Anne, jdmommy, challenged us to make a card inspired by anything related to the Olympics this year. Since they are being hosted in China, I chose an Asian theme using this dog image for the Chinese astrology of the Year of the Dog, as well as the rich color of copper and the flourishy design. I made it masculine for a co-worker's birthday who happens to have been born in one of the years for the Year of the Dog.

Beautiful colors...and clever, clever, clever, Charlene! The Chinese zodiac didn't occur to me at all!! (I have a DGS who is obsessed with it, at the moment!) What a wonderful masculine card you have made....and year of the Dog! Wow! You are amazing! AGAIN!!
