My card for today covers four challenges from this week...whew!
Roxie's weekly sketch challenge, number 211
Ways to Us it: Color wheel challenge - I used 'Sweet Sherbet' color combination from Kuler's:http://kuler.adobe.com/#themes/rating?time=30
Today's inspiration challenge from PB Teen - I chose two items, Lazy Daisy Shade: http://www.pbteen.com/products/p2988...e&cm%5Fsrc=SCH
and the Charmed Bird Necklace: http://www.pbteen.com/products/p3667...d&cm%5Fsrc=SCH
The fourth challenge is from Crafty Secrets. This set is called Bird Lovers and is the first and only set I have....so far! (See SCS home page for details!)
The daisy image was stamped twice, colored both with SU markers, cut one out and popped up over the other. I made a bird charm from shrinkable plastic with the largest bird stamp from Bird Lovers. The other 2 birds are stamped, colored, cut out, and popped up. All of the colored panels were colored with ink and sponge daubers, except for the two white panels, which were ran through the CB and colored with chalks. Added ribbon, paper piercing, layered flowers, and Martha Stuart's foliage punch. Thanks, ladies, for the wonderful challenges!!! Thanks to all of you for looking and God bless you for your comments!!! Have a blessed day!
