I made a card a few days ago that had a tapestry effect. I wanted to use the same techniques to make a tapestry using shades of red. I started by stamping Floral BG stamp in Craft Creamy Caramel on Confetti Cream CS. I stamped my roses and leaves 0n top of that. Then, I stamped the Linen background image over that. It still lacked something, so I stamped Gold Encore ink over the floral layer using the Linen Background stamp again. After this dried, I used the Finest Flourishes stamped and embossed it in Gold Detail EP in bottom left hand corner and top right hand corner. I embossed the little frame on Confetti Cream CS using VersaMark and Gold Detail EP. The nsentiment on the frame is stamped usoing Bravo Burgandy Craft ink and Detail Clear EP. For the little rose on the main image, I stamped three images of the rose stamp from Flowers for a Friend using Cranberry Crisp ink. I added a little more color using an Aqua Painter. I cut the three layers out and sponged them with Bravo Burgandy Classic ink. The bottom layer of the rose is full size. The middle layer has the outside edges cut away. The center and top layer has everything but the center petals cut away. I shaped these three layers a bit and mounterd them one on top of the other. For the Cranberry Crisp layer, I used the Rough Edges wheel over and over on the CS going both dirfections.
