Toni is our hostess that, and her photo corners (bought or DIY) challenge can be found HERE.
I regularly use the SU photo corner punch, so I went for dinner less-used Spellbinders dies. Really I should use them more...I bought the set entirely because the dies were the closest thing I could find to the corners I often see and admire on Lori's cards.
This was a birthday card for a friend of DH's: he requested a hummingbird, as Charles lives in Maine and feeds the hummers every summer. Turned out that this is also one of his favourite hymns, so the card was a winner.
DivinityDesigns It is Well with my Soul stamped in Versafine Smokey Grey on a wrinkle-free distress background (antique linen, vintage photo, hickory smoke distress inks). SU Flowering Flourishes stamped on with Lavinia Elements Pine Green, the flowers stamped again on a scrap of the WFD with Wild Honey DOX
and popped up. Hummingbird is an old set from Flourishes, stamped with Versafine Deep Lagoon, embossed with Frosted Crystals ep and coloured with Twinkling H2Os. Background sponged with antique linen and stamped with an old script stamp in grey and the flowering flourish in Vintage Photo. Happy Birthday from MFT cut from some of the WFD background and sponged with red. Photo corners cut from matt gold card come from a Spellbinders set. 4 ¾â x 6â
