This card is for the Teapot Challenge and also the
second card for the colour challenge.
When I read the Teapot challenge this idea popped into my head as the dessert is to use parchment.
I haven't done any parchment for maybe 10 years and to a purist this is only half parchment as I used a border punch and there is no piecing or cutting but it still took hours lol.
CC685 - The colours are Pink Pirouette, Black & White, the white is the base card and the white in the parchment and pattern on the DP. I spritzed the DP with homemade glimmer mist made with Perfect Pearls - Blush and two drops of Pink Pirouette ink. The dessert was to use parchment and this is what took me in the direction I went.
MMTPT510 - This card has been made for the Teapot challenge and is to be sent to a 90 year old women who still lives in her own home and is active in the community.
Anita aka snietje who asked us to use spring flowers. It is autumn here so a little strange to be speaking of spring however flowers are always a favourite of mine so here it is.
It is basic a parchment card with blending and shading. All outlines including the greetings where done with a mapping pen, First I stamped the image onto some scrap paper then traced the images onto the vellum / parchment.
There will be step by step instructions up on my blog within the next 24 hours.
I hope Eleanor enjoys it.
Happy stamping Marg
